Jazzy With a side of Funk!

Tell Me More

Ree Stillbloom is a 60's baby originally from the Chicago area, but is now a Georgia Peach, and is a registered nurse.

Ree started out singing gospel music with the Praise and Worship team at The Worship Center in 2018. She hits the high notes, but has a beautiful soft vocal tone. She later developed  songwriting skills and progressed to writing both gospel and R&B,SOUL music.

She has written a wide range of music in different genres and is constantly working on songwriting and recording. She trained vocally with Eve Soto in Mount Vernon, New York who challenged Ree to incorporate her story telling ability while developing her own musical style. She has worked hard to be an integral part in today's musical industry.

Ree was influenced by Earth Wind & Fire, Faith Evans,Deneice Williams,Stevie Wonder, Aerosmith,  Chaka Khan,Erykah Badu,Jill Scott, Yolanda Adams, and many other artists. Her style has evolved into a very unique musical style which is funky, jazzy, soulful, and thought provoking. The journey of life is heard in her lyrics, but she has fun with her sound.

"I am not afraid to show my gray hair because there is a story behind all of them.Music has been poured into me, now I am spilling it back out! I love interacting with the audience, and hope my music can bring out any emotion that is important to the listener. "Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence; talent won’t,genius won’t,education won’t." (Calvin Coolidge)I will create songs as long as I am able, and I pray that the words will soothe, heal, and reflect your own journey."
